Sims3: All's fair in love and war

Continuing the conflicts and dramas of the Sims...

When we last left Puck and Meg, Puck had become very friendly all of a sudden.

In fact, one could almost say he was flirting with her.

What's that look on your face, Puck? Are you thinking of...no, don't do it...

Yep. He did it. But, how will Meghan react?

Meghan tells him the truth. He's a good friend, but...

she just doesn't feel the same. She is in love with Ash.

When Puck hears this, he's devastated.

And doesn't take it very well at all.

Meghan is shocked, but Puck, hurt and angry...

says some pretty terrible things.

They part ways for now, but will their friendship survive?

Things only get worse from there.

Puck continues his rampage against those responsible for his hurt. When Ash comes by later, Puck starts a fight with him, too.

Accusations were thrown out, and nasty things were implied.

Ash tries being reasonable,

But Puck doesn't want to hear it, and reverts to immature name calling.

Poor Ash is confused, not knowing what has gotten into him.

But then it becomes pretty clear what Puck is so upset about.

Sadly, their friendship comes to an abrupt end when, without warning, Puck lunges at Ash, forcing a confrontation.

The fight is brief and pretty one-sided.

And when it is done, Puck is the winner, but he has possibly lost his two best friends.

What will become of them now?

Teaser Tuesday

NOTE: Hey everyone. This will be the last Iron Daughter teaser, since the official release date for the book is next week. (!) I hope you've enjoyed the teasers, though I'm sure this isn't the last you'll see of them. Just think of all the teasers I can post closer to the release of Iron Queen. :D

Anyway, thanks so much for reading and commenting. I love each and every one of your replies. And now, the last Iron Daughter teaser.

I hit the wall and turned back to see Ash standing over me, weapon raised high. There was nowhere to go. I looked into his face, saw his jaw tighten and his arm tremble as he met my gaze. For a split second, the sword wavered, and he closed his eyes...

Just as Puck rose up from nowhere with a snarl and slammed the dagger into his chest.

Was it real? Mwahaha, you'll just have to read the book to find out. Um, I think I should go hide, now. *Dives under bed and prepares for onslaught of furious Team Ash members*

Sims3: The Triangle of Doom

Time marches on in the lives of the Sims.

Ethan has grown from a toddler to a child.

His sister is still the one who looks out for him the most. Here they are working on homework. (Don't ask why they're doing it on the floor.)

And here is the entire family, together.

Ash and Meghan went out again recently. Only this time, Ash wanted to do it right and take her on a real date. Here he is waiting for Meghan outside the restaurant. (Doesn't he look cute in his white suit?)

After dinner, they returned to their favorite spot on the beach.

Where Ash finally asked Meghan to go steady with him.

She said yes. (And we have a real kiss at last.)

Except, trouble may be brewing on the horizon. The very next day, Puck called Meghan out to his house. What could he want?

Uh oh.

The Iron Daughter in the wild

Welp, looks like the rumors are true.

After getting all these tweets and emails of Iron Daughter sightings in the wild, I went to my local Borders today to see if it was out.

IT TOTALLY WAS.

Right up in front with the new releases. I might've squee-ed a bit, then proceeded to zoom to the YA section to see if it was there, as well. It was, but it was in the wrong spot, on the contemporary fiction side. So I kindly (and secretly; I always feel like I'm doing something wrong when I move books around) moved it to where it was supposed to be, right next to Iron King.

They looked so pretty together. ^__^

On a different subject, they had the newest Shinobi Life manga out as well, woohoo! I love this series. Romance and ninjas, what more does anyone need? :D

Now, if they could only write a manga that I wouldn't finish reading in like 8 minutes, that would be nice.

Sims3: Three's a Crowd

Well, we all knew it was coming. Rowan finally pushed Ash a little too far one day...

And this was the result.

But, if Rowan thought he would beat up his little brother, he was sadly mistaken.

Of course, this isn't over. But for now, Ash finally got the best of the family tormentor.

In the Chase household, Ethan is growing up quickly.

Here he is learning to walk with a little help from his big sister, Meghan.

And here is Meghan, hanging out with her two best friends. She and Ash aren't 'official' yet...

but, they're getting there. And looking at Puck, he doesn't seem to mind.

Or...does he?
